Cancelling an appointment asks for a reason, chosen from a short list the clinic can edit in settings. Reports separate patient cancellations, no-shows and clinic-side changes, so the gap between booked and seen can finally be explained. Existing cancellations are marked as unspecified rather than guessed at.
